About me

I'm Hillary Barrios, a UX/UI designer with a background in Systems Engineering. That combination has given me two ways of thinking that I use together: the logic to understand complex systems, and the empathy to understand the people who use them.

Those two perspectives - the analytical and the human - live in every project I take on. I think in flows, data, and scalability, but I also sit with users, listen carefully, dig into their needs and pain points, and translate what I find into concrete design decisions. And when the project calls for it, I can implement it in code too.

With over 4 years building digital products, I've worked on web platforms, mobile apps, and SaaS products for startups and companies across technology, healthcare, finance, and entertainment.

My ability to connect analysis with creativity and empathy allows me to build purposeful products - ones that solve real problems and create lasting impact.
